Credits and refunds

Current availability
New purchases are currently disabled. The credit pack prices shown on the site are the planned one-time prices, not an active offer to take payment.
Failed downloads
A failed, cancelled, or expired download releases its reserved credit automatically. A successful file transfer costs one credit. You can retry a successful download for 24 hours from My downloads without another charge.
Payment problems
If purchases are enabled and you experience a duplicate charge, missing credits, or another order error, email support@aicytk.com from the order email and include the SongShelf order reference. We will investigate and correct the credit balance or arrange an appropriate refund.
Unused credit requests
Contact support before using disputed credits. Eligibility depends on the order, credits already used, applicable consumer rights, and the payment provider. Any rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
Wallet separation
SongShelf credits cannot generate music in HeartSong, and HeartSong credits cannot download files in SongShelf. A SongShelf payment issue is recorded against the SongShelf order.
