About SongShelf
SongShelf provides song search and audio download tools. Availability and audio quality can vary. A credit pays for a successful file transfer; it does not purchase copyright or a license to redistribute music.
Your account
Sign in with your shared HeartSong account. SongShelf has a separate credit wallet and separate orders. Each verified account receives 10 welcome credits once on first use, valid for 90 days. Purchased credits, when available, are valid for 730 days.
Downloads and credits
A complete successful file transfer costs one credit. Failed or cancelled transfers release the reservation. Partial byte transfers alone do not consume a credit. A successful download can be retried from My downloads for 24 hours without an additional charge. Audio is selected at the lowest available quality and kept in its original format by default.
Permitted use and rights
Download only content that you own or are authorized to download. Do not bypass access restrictions or use this service to infringe rights. Downloading a file does not grant permission for commercial use, public distribution, or reuse. We may restrict unavailable or reported content and suspend misuse.
Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. New purchases are currently disabled. This does not invalidate existing credits or remove order support.
